Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Patriots Protect platform. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Patriots Protect.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Patriots Protect platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including customers, licensed advisors, and organization administrators.
2. Description of Services
Patriots Protect is an InsurTech platform that connects veterans, first responders, and military families with licensed insurance advisors across multiple verticals including auto, home warranty, home security, mobile plans, and Medicare. We are not an insurance carrier; we are a technology platform and lead referral service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Not Insurance Advice
The information provided on this Platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute insurance advice. Our licensed advisors are independent contractors. Actual insurance coverage, premiums, and eligibility are determined by the licensed carrier issuing the policy, not by Patriots Protect.
5. Advisor Obligations
Licensed advisors using the Platform must hold all required state licenses for the products they offer. Advisors are solely responsible for compliance with TCPA, state insurance regulations, CMS Medicare marketing guidelines, and all applicable laws. Patriots Protect reserves the right to suspend or terminate advisor access for any compliance violation.
6. TCPA Consent
By providing your phone number and submitting a form on this Platform, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive calls and text messages from Patriots Protect and our advisor network using automated technology. This consent is not a condition of purchase.
7. Referral Program
Participants in our referral program earn rewards when referred individuals complete qualifying actions (as defined at the time of referral). Referral rewards are subject to clawback if the referred policy is cancelled within the applicable clawback period. Patriots Protect reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on this Platform are owned by Patriots Protect or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriots Protect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Antonio, Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 7 days' notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
