Membership, Billing & Cancellation

Patriots Protect operates as a freemium digital community and ecosystem.

The Free Member tier is available without a recurring membership fee.

Patriots Protect may also offer paid membership tiers that provide additional features, services, capacity, benefits, or experiences.

At launch, Free membership is active and Pro and Elite are not activated for purchase.

A paid tier will not become chargeable merely because it appears in product materials, roadmap information, feature comparisons, or other references. A paid subscription begins only after Patriots Protect makes the applicable tier available and the member affirmatively completes the applicable purchase process.

At the October 28, 2026 launch:

Free: ACTIVE

Pro: NOT ACTIVATED

Elite: NOT ACTIVATED

Patriots Protect may activate Pro and Elite later through the Platform.

When activated, the applicable purchase screen will display:

• current price;
• billing interval;
• included features;
• applicable taxes;
• renewal terms;
• cancellation process;
• refund terms;
• any applicable trial;
• promotional terms; and
• other legally required disclosures.

The current planned prices are:

Annual pricing is billed annually rather than monthly.

Patriots Protect may change pricing for future purchases.

Where required by law, members will receive advance notice of material changes to recurring charges.

Applicable sales, use, digital-service, telecommunications, or other taxes may be added to membership charges where required.

The amount shown at checkout will control the amount charged.

When paid memberships are activated, Patriots Protect may accept payment methods supported by its payment processor.

Payment information may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

Patriots Protect does not need to store your full payment-card number to provide the membership service.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for authorized subscription charges.

A monthly Pro or Elite subscription, once activated and purchased, will generally renew every month unless canceled.

The renewal charge will be based on the applicable subscription price then governing your subscription, subject to applicable notice requirements.

An annual Pro or Elite subscription, once activated and purchased, will generally renew every year unless canceled.

Annual subscriptions are charged for the applicable annual billing period.

Paid memberships may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

The checkout process will disclose automatic-renewal terms before purchase where required.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel or the subscription otherwise terminates.

You may cancel a paid membership through the account or billing controls made available by Patriots Protect or, where applicable, by contacting Patriots Protect through the designated support channel.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges after the cancellation becomes effective.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

Unless otherwise specified:

• your paid benefits remain available through the applicable paid billing period;
• your account does not automatically disappear;
• your Free membership may continue after the paid subscription ends; and
• features exclusive to the paid tier may become unavailable after the paid period ends.

Your community identity, account history, and other information remain governed by the Terms and Privacy Policy.

When supported, members may downgrade from Elite to Pro or Free, or from Pro to Free.

The effective timing of a downgrade will be disclosed during the downgrade process.

Downgrading does not necessarily result in an immediate prorated refund.

Certain paid features may remain available until the end of the already-paid period.

When paid memberships are activated, eligible members may upgrade from Free to Pro, Free to Elite, or Pro to Elite.

The checkout flow will disclose any immediate charge, prorated amount, credit, or billing adjustment before completion.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise:

• membership fees are non-refundable after the applicable billing period begins;
• canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund;
• unused time does not automatically create a credit; and
• annual membership fees are not automatically prorated upon cancellation.

Patriots Protect may provide refunds or credits in its discretion for circumstances such as:

• duplicate charges;
• billing errors;
• unauthorized charges;
• material service failures;
• accidental purchases;
• documented exceptional circumstances; or
• legal requirements.

Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Free membership does not require a credit card.

Free membership is not a free trial of Pro or Elite.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, Free membership does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Patriots Protect may offer trials, discounts, promotional pricing, referral offers, or other incentives.

The specific promotional terms presented at the time of the offer will govern.

Unless expressly stated, promotional offers:

• may be limited to eligible members;
• may not be combined;
• may be subject to expiration;
• may be limited to one per person or account; and
• may be withdrawn where permitted by law.

Founding Member status is separate from paid membership.

A qualifying Founding Member may remain a Founding Member regardless of whether the member uses:

• Free;
• Pro; or
• Elite.

Changing membership tiers does not, by itself, remove qualifying Founding Member status.

The Founding Stone program is limited to the applicable number of qualifying members and is not a paid membership product.

A Founding Stone is not equity, an investment, or a monetary asset.

Patriots Protect may provide an @patriotsprotect.com email address to members.

The specific email capabilities available at each tier may differ.

At launch, Patriots Protect may provide Free members with basic email functionality.

Future paid tiers may provide enhanced email, storage, migration, productivity integrations, or other functionality.

Email availability may be subject to separate technical, acceptable-use, provider, storage, security, and retention limitations.

Some membership features may depend upon third-party providers.

Examples may include:

• payment processing;
• email infrastructure;
• productivity services;
• cloud hosting;
• communications;
• AI;
• analytics;
• media;
• benefits;
• events; or
• other integrated services.

A third-party provider may impose additional requirements or limitations.

Patriots Protect is not responsible for a third party's independent service failure except to the extent required by applicable law.

Patriots Protect may add, remove, modify, replace, or restructure membership features.

Where a paid feature is materially changed or removed, Patriots Protect will provide any notice, refund, credit, or other remedy required by applicable law or the applicable subscription terms.

Patriots Protect may suspend or terminate a paid subscription or account for:

• fraud;
• unauthorized payment activity;
• abuse;
• security concerns;
• violation of the Terms;
• unlawful activity;
• repeated Community Guideline violations;
• payment failure;
• misuse of membership benefits; or
• other legitimate reasons.

Where appropriate, Patriots Protect may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

If a recurring payment fails, Patriots Protect or its payment provider may:

• retry the payment;
• request an updated payment method;
• temporarily restrict paid features;
• cancel the subscription after applicable notice; or
• take other reasonable action permitted by law.

A failed payment does not necessarily delete your Patriots Protect account.

Your Free membership may continue if the account remains otherwise eligible.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Patriots Protect or the applicable payment provider before initiating a chargeback where reasonably possible.

Unauthorized charges should be reported promptly.

Patriots Protect may restrict accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive payment disputes, subject to applicable law.

Patriots Protect and its payment providers may retain billing records as necessary for:

• accounting;
• tax;
• fraud prevention;
• dispute resolution;
• legal compliance;
• security;
• customer support; and
• legitimate business purposes.

Canceling Pro or Elite does not automatically delete your Patriots Protect account.

You may continue using eligible Free membership functionality.

If you want your account deleted, use the account-deletion process described in the Privacy Policy or contact Patriots Protect.

Paid membership provides access to additional features and services. It does not guarantee:

• employment;
• financial gain;
• insurance savings;
• acceptance into an organization;
• event admission;
• personal relationships;
• business opportunities;
• specific AI outcomes;
• specific recommendations;
• specific benefits;
• third-party services; or
• any particular result.

Billing questions, suspected billing errors, cancellation issues, and refund requests may be submitted through the support or billing contact method provided by Patriots Protect.

When contacting Patriots Protect about billing, provide:

• account email;
• relevant membership tier;
• approximate transaction date;
• amount charged; and
• a description of the issue.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers by email.

Patriots Protect may update this Membership, Billing & Cancellation Policy as products, pricing, payment providers, and applicable law change.

Material changes will be communicated where required.

This Policy supplements the Patriots Protect Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If a conflict exists:

1. mandatory law controls;
2. a specific checkout disclosure controls for the transaction to the extent of a direct conflict;
3. applicable subscription-specific terms control for the relevant paid service; and
4. the Terms of Service otherwise govern Platform use.
