We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and hero status — when you complete our savings assessment, create an account, or contact us. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) via PostHog analytics to improve the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to match you with savings opportunities, connect you with licensed advisors, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with licensed insurance carriers and referral partners as necessary to fulfill your request, and only with your explicit consent.
3. TCPA Consent & Communications
By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from Patriots Protect and our licensed advisor network regarding insurance products and savings opportunities. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us directly.
4. Do Not Call (DNC) Registry
We maintain and honor all federal and state Do Not Call registrations. If you are on the National DNC Registry and have not provided express written consent, we will not contact you by telephone for telemarketing purposes.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, Supabase Row Level Security for database access control, and Infisical for secrets management. We conduct regular security reviews and maintain access logs for all administrative actions.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@patriotsprotect.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how our platform is used. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.
8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Twilio (communications), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and Firebase (push notifications). Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
